Extremely friendly and helpful owners, stayed open until just after 10 pm on the first night for us to check in. 8 people In total - the hotel usually is only open for check in until 9 pm - great location a block off a beautiful beach, ideal location for biking and great location for watching parts of stage 1, 2, and 3 of the Tour de France 2011.
We may have been overcharged for the number of breakfasts taken by the group, but that was a minor oversighr on my part in not checking myself each day

I booked a 'Patio double room'. The room was on the first floor with only a very oblique view of an inner courtyard. There was just room to walk around the bed. I was told that there was no other room available and that this was considered a patio room. I would not recommend the accommodation although it was clean and the toilet/shower were ok the hotel was located a couple of streets back from the front and I anticipate that parking would be difficult in peak season

I had a great stay at this hotel in Les Sables-d'Olonne. The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and tidy. The hotel's location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more vegetarian options available.

The location was absolutely amazing, just a short walk from the sea front and all the shops and restaurants. The staff were seriously awesome, so helpful and friendly. It was our second time staying here and we were stoked to come back. Plus, the rooms were super clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was mind-blowing. The bathrooms were always fresh and smelling great, and they even took the time to nicely arrange my boys' soft toys on the bed. Talk about attention to detail! The hotel itself had a really relaxing patio, although the weather wasn't too great for us. And even though it was a bit tricky to find if you didn't have satnav, the old streets and surrounding area were totally worth it. a welcoming hotel with a killer breakfast, comfortable beds, and a helpful staff. Can't wait to come back!

This is a well positioned hotel for the sea front and the port and shopping streets are only a few minutes walk away. The rooms here were excellent for our party of seven adults, one infant and one baby. Very good bathroom and shower facilities. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent value. The private enclosed parking was one street away and good value.

Title: Lovely hotel, perfect for a relaxing getaway
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is that the children working there could be a bit more attentive and proactive in assisting older guests with their needs.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel called Les Hirondelles for one night. The location was perfect on a quiet street with free parking opposite. The family who run the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was superb, and the hotel itself was wonderfully quiet. The staff was helpful and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety, including breads, meats, eggs, cereals, yogurts. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the promenade and many excellent dining options. The hotel also offered a garage, which was a fantastic bonus for exploring the town. If you're in Les Sables, don't miss the incredible shell pictures in L' Ile Penotte.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
